Managing Director
Clio, Managing Director of Focus Language School, was once an international student in Australia and deeply values the experience. She now leads the school's strategic direction, with a vision to empower international students to achieve their dreams. Watching students reach their goals brings her great joy. In her free time, she enjoys city walks, nature walks, staying informed on global international relations, and spending time with her beautiful family of four.

Nur Hamid, Academic Coordinator at Focus Language School, hails from Singapore. She brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by international students. Esin is our Student Services Manager, with a wealth of experience in education administration since 2017. Having studied in the US, Japan, Germany, China, and Turkey, she truly understands the international student experience. Esin’s friendly and approachable nature, combined with her global background, makes her an exceptional support for students. When she’s not helping students, Esin loves staying healthy, traveling, playing video games and, of course, spending time with her cherished cats!
Meet Nina, our Admissions Manager, who oversees the entire student enrolment process and is a pillar of operations at Focus Language School. Her expertise and commitment are essential to the school’s success, and she finds joy in witnessing students' progress. Nina loves welcoming students from diverse backgrounds, appreciating how it broadens her horizons. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, travelling, and exploring new cultures.

Originally from Spain, Maria is passionate about creating strong connections and ensuring customer satisfaction while helping expand our network. What she loves most about her role is the chance to meet new people and communicate with individuals from all over the world. When she's not at work, you can find her hiking in the great outdoors or exploring new travel destinations!​
Aileen managers our Business Development for Asian and Oceania markets. Originally from Shanghai, Aileen is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with both agents and educational providers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed with care. What Aileen loves most about her role is the opportunity to connect with diverse people and continuously learn, which profoundly impacts her personal growth. Meet Cheryl, our Student Support Officer, who ensures that all academic operations are organised and in place. Originally from Shanghai, Cheryl loves her role because it allows her to meet students from different countries and learn about their cultures. A highlight for her is going on excursions with our HSP students. In her free time, Cheryl enjoys learning new languages—she’s currently studying Korean and French—and loves playing tennis. She’s also a proud mum of her furbabies!
